This tutorial explains how to edit an icon on the iPad. For iPhone, iPod touch, and Android, check out this tutorial.

1. Find the icon you want to edit.

2. Then, tap the “Edit” button at the top right corner.

**Tip** Alternatively, you can turn on the edit mode and then select the icon you want to edit.

3. You may change the image, word(s), category and audio.

4. Type in the desired changes by tapping the white box area. Then, tap the return button to hide the keyboard.

5. You can change the image of the icon. Take photo with the built-in camera, choose another graphic from your photo album, or download from Google Image Search.

6. The process of changing audio is similar to the one for creating a custom icon. Tap the recording button to start recording and tap it again to stop recording.

7. You can switch category by swiping categories.

8. If you wish to delete an icon completely, tap “Delete”.
