How to get an App ?
You can download apps from the “App Store” and the “Play Store”. Here’s a simple procedure you can follow.
Download to iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
1. Open the “App Store”
2. Search for the app in the “App Store”
3. Pick the app you are looking for
4. Type in your password and download the app
Download For Android
1. Open the “Play Store”
2. Search for the app in the “Play Store”
3. Once found an app you want, tap “INSTALL”
※ In the case you delete your app or switch to new devices, you can re-download it following the procedure below
Re-download Apps for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
1. Open the “App Store”
2. Go into “Updates” in your menu bar and tap on “Purchased”
3. Pick the app
4. Tap on the Cloud icon
Re-download Apps For Android
1. Open the “Play Store”
2. Tap on “My apps” in the menu
3. Tap on the “All” tab and choose the app
4. Tap “Instal” and download the app
