Hello there!
We have updated Voice4u TTS (Text-To-Speech) for iOS, version 1.5.0. Let’s see what’s new in Voice4u TTS.
Capture & Speak
You can read texts by photographing with the internal camera. Here is how to use it:
(1) Tap the “Camera” button.
(2) Tap the shutter button.
(3) Select the area to read.
(4) Tap the check button.
(5) Voila! Tap the speak button to read out loud, share, or save it.
The app typically reads in 1 – 2 seconds. Also, it automatically detects a language of the texts recognized by using optical character recognition (OCR). You can turn off the automatic language detection from the Setting screen. Simply slide “off” the “Language detection” switch.
The Standard plan allows you to use the Capture & Speak for 10 times.
For Premium plan users, it is unlimited!
Configurable buttons
You can switch the positions of Speak and Clear buttons. You can place the Speak button right above the keyboard. To do so:
(1) Tap the Setting button.
(2) Slide on the “Speak/Clear buttons” switch.
Share
You can share what you typed via email, social media and printing. Now available for both Standard and Premium plans.
If you hit any issues with the new version, please let us know immediately and we’ll fix it right away!
