Voice4u Turns 3!
Happy Birthday, Voice4u!
It has been three years since the first Voice4u has been created. Since then, it served in over 43 different countries.
It’s our third birthday and we would like to thank you for your support! We’d like to share some comments about Voice4u.
“My son could easily figure out how to use it, and even how to take picture and record voice to add a new card. He loves it.”
“I never want to make a Pecs card again. Not ever. No more messy rooms with paper and lamination scraps all over the place. I have been able to escape such dreadful days thanks to Voice4u.”
“Voice4U is mainly intended for school-age users, though it can serve consumers of all ages.”
The original Voice4u was released for iPhone & iPod touch on November 25, 2009 (iPad did NOT exist at that time!). It currently works on the following devices:
- iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, iPad mini
- Kindle Fire (Amazon)
- Nook Tablet (Barnes & Noble)
- Nabi Tablet (Fuhu, Inc.)
- Other Android tablets, such as, Google Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab, Sony Xperia Tablet S
Voice4u was created to solve an unmet need for people with autism and other speech disabilities. The original idea was from love of a mother, who just wanted to communicate with her child, just like other mothers do. Voice4u is now supporting people like her and their children in 43 different countries. Our one and only wish is to support more people in the world, and we truly appreciate it if you can spread the word to people around you!
Thank you again for your continuing support for Voice4u.
– The Voice4u Team
